Suddenly, every time I post to a thread, a subscription is being created. I have never used subscriptions, and even if I remove the subscription, a new one will be created the next time I post.

Can you check your profile preferences, and make sure nothing there has changed?

I also have a problem with subscriptions. I am getting too many emails from this forum. I did not subscribe for updates!! When I follow links at bottom of email to unsubscribe it throws an error. I can't change any settings and I don't have subscriptions listed, so what is going on?

OK - I think I figured out my issue. You were right - it looks like my preferences somehow got set to "Site Only" instead of "Don't Subscribe". I'm not sure how that happened, I don't remember changing anything.
