Sub 200$ DAC/Amp combo

Looking for a sub 200$ DAC/Amp combo. I am using Hifiman HE400Se. I do not need analytical sound, rather I would prefer relaxed sound signature. I am cosidering Topping DX3 Pro+ and Fiio K7 for the time being. I am open to other suggestions as well. Please help to decide.

Those are really easy to power. All you need is a Sound blaster X1 and they sound really good in stereo mode. I had the 400se and on my Moto g power phone they sounded just as good as a couple of stacks I had at the time. They put out 2.4v with 3.5mm to RCA cables to an amplifier so you could always add a JDS Atom + amp later using just a 3.5mm cable. The X1 powered the DT880 600ohm, not damaging loud, but a lot better than I expected. For $69 it even gives surround options if you go gaming with it.

If you want a bargain you could get the Venture Electronics Megatron for $56 shipped. It's portable with no battery, getting its power from a USP port (or USB-C from a phone) and it has plenty of power and good specs. It doesn't have a separate volume control; you control volume from your computer or player.

I recommend Ifi zen dac v2, my Arya sounds pretty good on this.
