Has anyone got experience with GMarket? The price is really tempting...

I was also thinking of changing the DAC chip (once I'm fed up with it :P), because the rest of the box seems identical to Topaz (expect for the DAC, and the new Tenor chip and OPAMS, but new Topaz MK2 will probably get them too). PCM1792 and 1796 seem to be electrically compatible, same pinout, same voltage. PCM1792 goes for 25USD on eBay, which is nothing compared to price difference between Topaz and Ruby2 (250 VS ~450USD). Is it possible to exchange them? Has anyone tried it?

Remember that Ruby MkII unit has 60Hz 110/220V adapter. So depends on your country spec, you'll need to change the adapter.

Buying from stores on GMarket is as good or bad as from Amazon. So if you want to get it from there, I don't think it's a problem.
