Take the list price and divide it by two. That’s a good measure of used equipment in my experience. If it’s flawless, they can charge a bit more. If it is beat up, the price goes down.
Looking at the picture there, I’d also ask for a bundle discount too.
That’s just a starting point for your negotiation with the seller.
The WES and PSAudio components are a bit dated though. So, that may also let you negotiate a lower price
I can't speak to PS Audio components, but for the amp and 009s, I would think $4.5-5k for both would be fair depending on condition. But hifishark is your friend, you can find going prices there pretty easily. The gear does look to be in really good shape, which is a plus.
