Just got some soundmagic pl18's from focalprice, they seem to have alot of mid range but not much else...

Will burning them in help much ?? they seem to be getting warmer after a bit more playing now... compaired to my cx300 they sound so tinny, i dont want as much bass as them but a bit would be nice

SoundMAGIC PL30 and PL11 have been reported to benefit a lot from burn-in, so PL18 are likely to behave the same way.

However, keep in mind that PL18 are designed to have weaker bass but clearer treble than PL11 and PL12.

Please try, and then report.
