Sound Quality: iAudio vs iRiver

I'm debating between the H320 and the M3, has anybody here had an opportunity to dirrectly compare the sound characterists of both players? I know that both companies are supposed to be top notch, but I just wanted to know if one of the two eclipses the other. Thanks.

I've heard that they're about equal... I like the H320, anyway.

They have very equal sound... I think the biggest trade-off is the iAudio has a little more Treble and the iRiver has a little more Bass. Though in my opinion, the sound quality isn't what separates the two companies (though the iAudio's sound effects are ALOT better, IMO). There are plenty of ex- and current iRiver owners on http://www.iaudiophile.net/ that have a H320/H120 in hand that can give you are direct comparison of what sound you are looking for.
