Something I've noticed the past 48 hours or so: I get notifications for random threads (new ones only, by my best recollection) that I have never followed and posted by users I have never followed nor even conversed with.

Anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: most recent example is this thread---> https://www.head-fi.org/threads/best-show-for-big-heads-wearing-glasses-for-under-£10.977113/

Never followed this; and don't know the poster at all. This is like the 5th such thread that has shown up in my notifications over the past couple days.

EDIT2:
I mean, come on...I haven't even visited this thread, hahaha

Have you watched a section of the forum maybe? I just noticed you can put a whole section on watch - maybe that could be it

Try clicking on the "Find Threads" option on the subbar under Forums. Do you have any watched threads listed there?
I've actually never put an entire forum on Watch before, but I did notice that it **seemed** that the notifications I was getting were all form the Headphones (Full-Size) forum. So, I toggled on Watch that forum, then I toggled it back to not watching (as it was previously). Since then, no such notifications. 🤷‍♂️ Weird.
