After hearing my friend's ES7 that is burned in for ages and even demagnetized through Sheffield Labs XLO Test CD , I'm very tempted to purchase these headphones.

Except that the mirror seems quite of a problem , such as fingerprint magnet and being prone to scratches , like the back of my ipod touch.

So are there any IEMs or headphones close to that sound? I love that thunderous bass that is reasonable tight enough. It's really great with metalcore and trance music. Hope to have something portable but home headphones are ok. I have no amps anyway.

EB felt very different from ES7... ES7 had much tighter bass =X

Its very difficult to explain the ES7 sound, only people who have heard a well burt in ES7 would know what it sounds like and will appreciate its sound. A well burnt in ES7 sounds quite different from a new one.

Check the link I posted there in my previous reply for stuff that does NOT sound like an ES7. We are still searching...
