Hi

I have a Shure SE215 left driver with lower volume than the right one.

It started out of nowhere, sometimes going back or returning to the usual volume. Tried cleaning with the specific alcohol  for electronics with not luck.

Shure will only send a new driver to my country at a abusive price

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I have the same issue that has just spontaneously appeared but for me it's the opposite: switching over the drivers it's always the right channel that is louder. I have never cleaned the contacts, and they seem clean looking at them.

Tried multiple devices, and music sources.

You won't believe if I tell you what the problem really was... I'm not sure how it's called in english, but ear wax accumulated within the rubber duct... I just cleaned it

Using anything that fits the hole, since I'm using the flexible rubber ones, that was not a problem. In my case it dampened the audio, I was using it while running, so the heat and sweat did the job
