I had a questions about the correct settings in Windows when setting up headphones.  I use a Schiit USB DAC and a Schiit Lyr 2 amplifier.  I'm using a AKG Q701 primarily and use my set up for music and games.  Under the Sound setting I can choose the option of Configure Speakers and setting up the Stereo option.  The next option that comes up is whether to choose Full Range Speakers.  I''m  not sure if I should select this or leave it un selected.  Since the headphones will reproduce the full range of frequencies including those that would have been reproduced by a sub woofer in a speaker set up I have always selected the Full range speaker option for the headphone but I'm wondering if I'm doing the wrong thing?

Or if there is a better way to correctly set up the setting for headphones, I would love to learn from the expertise of the group.

Thank you  in advance.
