I’m having an issue with my new setup causing my left side Earspeaker to sound muffled/crackle as opposed to my right which sounds clear. Does anybody have a solution for this issue? My set-up is as follows-
PC - MiniDSP 2x4HD - SRM-353X Driver - Stax-l700

If you are using the RCA inputs into the Driver check that they are fully seated. Swap one from L to R and see if that fixes it. If it does the cable is bad.

Do the same for the MiniDSP side of the connectors.

Did this just start to happen?
Are the headphones new?
Is the 353X New?
Is the MiniDSP New?

If you've had the setup for more than a few months then it is likely the headphone driver is going bad on that side. In this event you will need to send them the headphone back for repair. Be sure to include a note in the box as to what side is having the issue.
