This may have been discussed elsewhere but I can't see it. It also is (hopefully) a simple yes or no answer!
If sending or sharing hi-res audio (192/24 etc) over the internet, using tools like WeTransfer or Google Drive - do the recipient's files exactly match the originals, or are they in some way reduced/compressed?
A friend of mine in the US has a hi-res album he wants to share with me, and is doing so via GD - so I was wondering if the files I'll be getting will be the same hi-res that he has. Is there a way of checking?
Many thanks!
