Ohyama is also famous for Tofu dishes, as the good water from Ohyama mountains makes the Tofu very well. I took a nice Tofu meal, all the dishes are made from Tofu variations.

u have a beautiful country. been to japan twice before (once in autumn and once in spring) and love to go there again (perhaps winter?) when i have the chance.

Yes, Spring & Autumn is the best time to visit Japan.
Winter would be nice too, white snow cover the earth. But a bit cold
