Been lurking this site for a while, and finally started posting some questions.   It's an absolutely great source of info.  
 
However, my one suggestion, is that your search function needs to be greatly improved.  
 
The results it returns no matter how advanced of a search I use are absolutely terrible.   
 
I know there are threads out there that I am trying to find, and I can't even find them if I try.   
 
For instance searching:
"xb90ex tips"  (titles only, IEM section only, results descending by replies)
 
Returns very irrelevant info.   
 
I have been using main google page to search for threads on this site, and it works much better.   
 
Maybe I am doing something wrong?   Could you incorporate a google engine search?   Is it already??

I agree, the search function here is of little use. I get better results using Google with the "site:head-fi.org" command
