I recently did a review for a product (Brainwavz HM9). in the reviews section.

After I selected the score using the bar system (sound quality, comfort, isolation etc) I had realised there was an error in my selection I wished to change however, when I did try to change the selection it doesn't show up after you make an edit, the original score remains, I tried a few times.

I believe this is the review: http://www.head-fi.org/products/brainwavz-hm9-hi-fi-noise-isolating-headphones/reviews/11569

And I believe another member just had the same thing occur: http://www.head-fi.org/products/akg-k812/reviews/11695

Is there a reason or is this a bug we have discovered?

Cheers,

The bars on the side are the accumulated and averaged results for all of the reviews posted for that particular item.  Personally I'd prefer they were individual (like the old system) - but I suppose it gives an idea of the average rating for any potential buyers.

Aha, ok, that would make sense, especially for example, when I created a new product doing it's "first review" they would be accurate. I had no idea that's how the side bars worked, though now it makes complete sense.

Cheers
Brooko.
