I have recently bought a pair of HiFiman HE-5xx planar headphones and was really impressed with the sound but I thought that maybe they need a little more power.
I was looking at a Schiit Magni 3 headphone amplifier but was wondering how I would connect this to my audio system. My amplifier is an NAD 7400 and I was thinking I could put the headphone amp between the pre and power amp using orca cables to replace the metal interconnects.
Would this work but would the headphone amp interfere when I want to use my external speakers
Any help would be appreciated
