Hello, After the most recent windows update my Schiit Modi 2 usb connection is not recognized. I rolled back my computer and it works. If I shut down the computer and restart it will revert to the most recent windows update. I have tried all the troubleshooting provded at the Schiit Audio webpage but no luck. Anyone else have issues?

Thank you,
JP

I would try USBDeview. Disconnect the Modi and remove the reference to it in USBDeview. Then reattach and see what happens.

I'd roll it back and use Winaero which is a free utility to disable Windows update and give time to fix it. If you find your chipset for the USB controller from your motherboard maker, you could install those drivers. Then the chipset drivers won't get updated and should be stable.

In Device Manager click "Show Hidden Devices" and see if there is any weird USB device that needs to be deleted
