Schematic

Can anybody point me to a schematic that use the following:

RCA inputs
4.4mm output (so balanced)
Tube preamp stage (12ax7 or variant)
OP Amps in the output (I’ll roll the opamps)
Use of toroidal power transformer
Solid state rectifier

My goal is to build a simple amp to use with IEM’s.

Thanks for the info; however, I’m lazy. Digging through all those links is too much and confusing . Anymore help would be appreciated…
