Sabbat E12 ultra alternative?

I had the Sabbat E12 ultra for years and I finally killed it by putting in the laundry by mistake, I see that they haven't released newer similar earphones since 2018.

So what could be a good upgrade mainly for listening to music with a dynamic driver, ANC, good mics and aptx?

I would prefer to stay at around the 60 USD budget give or take.

I was thinking maybe about the MOONDROP SPARKS but their drivers are 6mm over the 10mm of the sabbat e12.
I was also looking at the sabbat e16 but I read that they're more bright / treble oriented which I think might cause me ear fatigue.

Any other alternatives?

I've bought several pairs of Sennheiser Momentum 2 & 3 and would if the limit is $60 I'd get a pair of Momentum 2's on eBay from a seller with good feedback. Fakes abound on wish.com and Mercari (mainly people there bought fakes and knowingly or not unload them there). Treble is never harsh and bass is smooth and detailed, not artificial like the Sony or boomy like most others in that price range. The original had battery life problems (2-3 days of non use and it would drain) but the 2 and 3 versions fixed that. Aptx is fast enough for gaming too.

These are too pricey new and I'd rather not get a second hand pair.

What about the Fiio FW3?
