An opportunity to pick up the Rotel power amp at a good price has recently surfaced. Was originally planning to use it in my home theatre but am now wondering.......is it a synergistic pairing for the K1000?

I have not yet had the opportunity to try it together with the K1000, but am wondering if anyone has had the chance to listen to this specific pairing?
