Resolved: Why Am I Unable to Bump My Classified Listing?

I read the FAQ and Workthrough. It shows that there should be a Bump listing option, but I don't see it as my screenshot shows. Does anyone know why?

You can only bump a classified every 72 hours. After 72 hours it will show up
