Recommendations for Wireless IEM's for small ears under $100?

My wife is looking to get a set of wireless ear buds for travel. She needed tubes in her ears when she was younger and as such has small ear canals.

I've had several recommendations for Goggle Pixel Bud A's.

Would this be a decent option or are there other alternatives?

Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 regularly go on sale for within budget. They're light and tiny, great for small ears. Sound quality is solid for the price, though I'd recommend an EQ app like Wavelet if she is a big music listener.

The smallest are on AliExpress, they're so small I couldn't believe it. If you search for invisible or tiny earbuds on AliExpress you'll see them.

This is the one, had to get to the computer to find it. I think it's just for one, but for $5 it's the smallest available if it's important.
