My current dynamic amp is LF with HD800, LCD2.2, W3000ANV. I won't have my estat rig for awhile and have actually never heard it, but I'm wondering if my current dynamic rig is sufficiently different (sonically). Since the estat rig is reportedly neutral and arguably lean a bit towards bright side of spectrum, I suppose I should find something on the romantic side (again, for the express purpose of finding something very different from BHSE/009).

Should I replace LF with a "tubey" amp? Should I keep LF and add headphones that are on the romantic side? Should I just ditch dynamic and just add O2 MkI, which are reportedly on the romantic side?

Get 007 mk1. but don't get confused if you use them more then 009. I've heard it all way up to Orpheus. mk1 is the best headphone ever done. And yeah they are Romantic.
