I have decided, I will be keeping the SR71. Shortly I will place my black SR71A w/ 1,100 hours of burn-in up on the for sale forum.

Do realize that all I am doing is posting an opinion. What is good for me may not and most likely wont be the best for you. Listening to the gear is your best bet to decide. Good luck.

Any comments on comparing the original SR71 to itself once you add tysonic LD batteries as the power source? I haven't done this yet, but realize it could be the deal breaker.

wolfen68, IMO the Tysonic's difference is minor at best. Think of them as a tweak.
