I ordered a Linum BAX cable for my Westone UM Pro 50. When I installed the cable, #1 the connector didn't sit flush, the copper barrel was visible. #2 it felt loose, and wobbly. The stock cable was firm, no movement side to side. The Linum BAX connector was wobbly, like it was slightly bigger in circumference. It seems that with a connector that doesn't fit snug, would post an issue as it will put strain on the barrel if the cable was used in any way during insertion or removal of the IEM from your ear. Is this normal for aftermarket mmcx cables? I noticed on the advertising image for the W80, that the ALO cable also does not sit flush with the W80 housing. There is a slight gab between the housing and the cable connector.
