Question- start of song cut off in Foobar2000, how to fix?

I recently switched to Foobar2000 and like it but the start of songs is cut off just slightly but it's annoying as hell. I changed fade in/out to zero ms but that did nothing.
Any help is appreciated.

With the help of a fellow member, I found out the problem is the buffer length, which on my system, needs to be set to around 400 vs. the 1000 default setting. Delay gone.
So everyone knows.

Thank you very much. I was having the same problem all of a sudden and didn't know what to do! 50 to 400 ms buffer length fixes the problem.
