Hello,

I am trying to find a 4.4mm to 4.4mm adapter for a Kimber Kable Axios headphone cable. Reason being the 4.4 connector of the Kimber Kable is too big for my dap. I would like to keep the cable rather than sell it and figured I could just find some sort of mini extension/adapter.

However only one I have been able to find is this one - HiBy Impedance Adapter

However this is an impedance adapter and I am not familiar with what that refers to. Seems to reduce noise for high impedance earphones. Would this deteriorate the sound for what I need it for? For reference it is using focal headphones with the Questyle QPM dap.

Do you mean a female 4.4mm (TRSS) to male 2.5mm (TRRS) adapter?
