I am using a pair of hifiman he400s into a Focusrite 2i2 interface.

Depending on what I'm listening, sometimes I have the volume at 60% and it's great and sometimes I'm at 100% and it's still too quiet.

I'm guessing the USB interface is not sending enough power?

What should I do? I was suggested to buy a Schiit Fulla but I'm afraid that it's going to be the same performance.

Are you maxing out the volume settings on the PC and just using the 2i2 for volume control?
I would have no problem replacing the 2i2 with the Fulla 3.
