Hi,
I have been looking at purchasing a new higher end DAP.
Two things concern me:
Excessive heat that builds up inside, and impacts the longevity of the product.
Why not vent the chassi?
Low quality battery, that swells and gives you problems as a customer.
Has happened to me twice now.
I wont name and shame any company,
But this is an important subject to discuss.
Reading spec sheets on different products,
DAC manufacturer is mentioned, but battery information is spare. Only capacity and voltage, but zero info on the manufacturer.
I would be happy to pay extra to get quality cells and peace of mind.
Doesnt Japan produce good, reliable rechargeable batteries?
Not to found of these anonymous OEM cells.
