Calling all professional photographers out there (so long you make a living out of photography), do tell us about your area of specialty and your website!

I was just perusing your site. You are a spectacular photographer! You go way beyond the technical. Very nice.

Amazing photos, crappy website (sorry).

Why don't I like the website? Because it resized my browser (annoying), and when clicking on the photos it causes them to zoom off center and then move centered (also annoying), and clicking on links causes them to jump around in a different order (very annoying).

I'm not trying to be mean, but it's meant as constructive criticism. I'm sure I'm not alone here either, and I'm sure potential clients might have been to your website interested in hiring you but walked away because of these annoyances.

Nice pics Stephen !

I'm a fashion photographer, mostly catwalk and runways.
I used to be a nightlife photographer, but I now only cover the big events. Small ones don't pay enough and I had it with the drunks.

I'm going to revamp my portfolio website in 2/3 weeks with something simpler than my current PhotoShoot Me ! // Models rehearsal .
The blog is pretty much dead http://photoshoot.me/blog. I found that blogging was great to attract other photographers and useless for my clients. I decided to spend more time on my clients and less on my competition

Thanks for the feedback, glad you like the pictures.

No worries, I'm used to critics, and that has gotten me to where I am now. New website is underway actually, probably be launched in April

Nice photographs lyrcical moments. do you have anything that is not weddings? You have a great eye for moments, you capture people in the moment well, and I think you encorporate the things around them well, often abstracting it with them. Very nice. I'd like to see that applied to something other than weddings!

edit: nothing wrong with weddings of course, I do them too, but i just like darker subject matter sometimes...
