I have an Activo CT10 which I love for its size and how cheap I got it. I am currently using Apple Music version 3.10 and downloading my music to the SD Card which has been formatted to FAT32. However, after each reboot, the device and Apple Music does not recognize the downloaded files in the SD Card, which then I will have to redownload the whole library again. Any help would be appreciated

There are some notes on the choice of SD card in the CT10 manual. They recommend SanDisk or Transcend, no larger than 400GB. Either way, your Apple computer (I'm assuming its a computer) shouldn't have an issue with the SD card's brand, size or file system - have you tried a different card?

Also, are you transferring the music files to the card directly (computer to card) or via the USB transfer (computer to device)?

Last thought! Apple typically use MP4 which (according to the manual) are not compatible with a CT10.
