So yeah, I developed a pressure point on the top of my scalp. Is there any way to relieve it or get rid of it so I can finally wear my headphones again without it seriously hurting?

Distributing the weight like the Hifiman flat skii style headbands on the Ananda work great. You can wrap them in cloth to even out the pressure. Just depends which model/headband you have. There's some foam replacement bands which fit over existing ones to add puffiness. Those are usually described as universal fit headbands and just snap or Velcro on it.
