I have an AV/server rack for all my electronics.

My house has fairly modern power to it, so no issue there(lest i move).
I need to optimize my rack's lay out a bit better, and one part I  need is some sort of power distribution soloution.

Now there are a few different types of options out there, but I really don't know the big differences and what I need.

My headphone amp is a Schiit Vallhalla (OTL) and Modi DAC (pc usb power).
As it stands, my amp at max volume, is clean.... my Modi, seems to be getting some tone distortion from the PC but that's a different issue.

ANYWAYS... I don't know exactly what to get...
There are Pro-audio "power conditioners" for like band equipment , that would fit in real nice in the rack mount, but I'm not sure if they are much better than a fancy surge protector?
Then there are Isolation transformers, which I guess actually clean up the power? But not sure if they offer any forms of protection?.... soo if I got one would that mean I'd need both?
Last the term PDU is used a lot in the server rack power solutions... which I feel are just the same as Power conditioners, but perhaps more basic, and often funny plug sockets? .

Can I get a brief brake down as to the differences?  And some suggestions as to what products I should look into?
I'm not really having an issue with dirty/bad power I don't think, I just want to protect and run good power to my Schiit tubes.
 Thanks in advance

Power conditioners are way over-rated! Unless you have some serious AC power problems, well designed hi-fi equipment shouldn't need them.
Now as for isolation transformers, large permanently installed full hi-fi system transformers are nice but probably not needed. Small plug-in ones only solve hum/ground-loop type problems.
