I'm looking for a pair of closed-back, Bluetooth headphones to take to the gym or for travel for <$200 usd, new or used. Any recommendations?

As far as sound signature, I tend to like warmer/neutral

Have a look at the Ausdom M05.

I explain why V-Moda M100 wireless is a good option for gym. Since your budget <200 bucks, I think you can spend 300, right?

I am currently using Noontec Zoro's jogging and really like them for both excellent, warm sound and more importantly crazy light weight.  They are on-ears.

I plan to order the wireless version soon to ditch the wire as all reviews I have seen say the sound is virtually identical.  My only concern is they do not have a really tight "clamp".  It feels very comfortable but I do sense a little movement in heavy activity.

Sol Republic's were lightweight and really clamp like a vice so I am considering them as well but i find the sound is missing some things.  It does give some decent, simple thump for working out though.
