Please recommend a proper headphone amplifier upgrade over Fiio E12/A for $400-500

Hi all,
 
i need your opinion for an upgrade over my existing Fiio E12/E12A amplifiers. I am looking for a desktop amplifier which will be used with my X5ii as a source and my Philips X2, Focal Spirit Classic and later on, with a pair of LCD-2 or HE-560 which I'm planning to buy
 
budget $400-500 max
 
kindly note that i'm in Europe, so many USA brands will not be possible to purchase, unless they are available in EU

i was also considering the Asgard 2, or the magni2 uber/modi2 uber stack in order to be more flexible with an additional dac. will these two options be good enough?

For Focal Classics (and every other headphone I've owned) I can recommend the lower end Musical fidelity amps. Smooth dynamic,detailed and engaging.
 
I use the older V-Can II with mine but no reason why the the newer more readily available V-90HPA (with bonus of built in USB DAC) wont be just as good. Like most British amps widely available throughout Europe. For around 200 euros a bargain.
 
Also the new Creek OBH21 Mk2 is supposed to be an exceptional amp but that would be twice as much.
