Iv'e seen a link on a Youtube video that used this one:

But the thing is that I really don't wanna buy from Aliexpres right now. Iv'e been searching like crazy for something similar that can be ordered in europe. The only things remotely close is the oned Iv'e found here:

Option B: buy a cheap pair of IEM's with MMCX connectors like this

may not be as high quality as the ones you linked, but you'll get a set of terminals and known working cable along with it!

Both would work (I assume you're modding a pair of KSC75s to have detachable cables). I'm using connectors like I've linked and they work just fine.
