Wow these things are great comfort and sound wise for the price ... I think they kinda fly under the radar even for music I find it pretty good.
For a gaming set I like them.. I know the get knocked a bit for lack of Noise-cancelling but to me the semi open design lets air get in for extended wear like I do 5-8 hours a day.
The mic could be a lot better tbh wish they had not cheaped out there.. its ok for Teamspeak ect.. but not recording. (At least it picks up well w/o any grounding noise I hear plague some other high end gaming sets)
Construction is plastic but feels pretty solid the cable is like bullet proof thank god I have a bad habit of rolling over mine with the chair. Volume control on the head set is on the cable and well placed doesn't dangle and also made of solid materials. The control is really smooth and precise I got to the point were I adjust the volume on the cable more than on the computer now.
I read a tip some were that these things really are nice if you put them on a headphone amp, and make music much better as the bass could use a bit more feel too it. (maybe richer sound bass not sure have not bought a headphone amp yet)
Was looking at getting a Fiio E6 Headphone Amplifier - E6 but dont really know too much about headphone amps... also I am kinda cheap hince the Plantronics headset.

It took me a bit to find the specs for the headset but here they are... the low impedance was a nice suprise.

For buget gamer like myself so far been the best set I have owned.
Anyways thats my 2cents ... if you have info on the headphone amp or combining it with this set let me know I listen to lots of music and while not bad for it I know there are way better sets out there for music.
(On a side note I find running them with volume level on computer pretty low is the best for music and adjust the set using the volume controller on headset is best... most likely its my on board sound... lol now if I can only find my Xonar card after I moved.)
