Phil Collins - In the air tonight FLAC

Okay so i was listening to this song for the first time seriously, other than in the adverts on UK television a while back.

Now i was listening to CD Quality FLAC form the album 'Hits' by Phil Collins, and i noticed that i could hear another voice in the background mirroring Phil's words. If any of you have this recording listen to around 2.47, where its especially prominent, although this voice is prominent through out. I am assuming it is another vocalist, and if so does anyone know who? I have no idea and its really bugging me!
