PCDP w/ mini optical digital out

Can you guys recommend a good PCDP with a optical digital out. I am going to use it for portable listening purposes and recording to my MD recorder. Price range up to $150, but i'm flexable if its worth the price.

HI: If you got a cd minidisc deck you would record from that unite and use your portable mini disc as a player. The deck is real easy to record from and has lots of great features also plus sounds great. I got my deck at circuit city fore 300.00. MXD-40. You can get it on line also.

Well, for around $200 you could get the Sony D-EJ1000. I've been using it for recording to my R900 with fantastic results, plus it sounds fantastic (out of the line out anyway).

edit: Actually you could get it from Etronics for $150.
