Try to resolve the issue with the seller/buyer, and contact the admins.

You can report the issue from within the conversation. Every PM has a Report button underneath it. Alternatively the Report button in the classified.

Wasn't a 'seller', but a scammer most likely. WTB ad's are prime targets for them. Best to deal only with established members when posting a WTB.
