I am once again in the market for some new headphones. Here's a bullet point list of basic wants, with additional descriptions below.

- Form: over-ear closed-back
- Price range: up to USD1200ish (preferably new). Anything beyond that is overkill (heck, maybe 1200 is already overkill, but I can chalk it up to work)
- Primary usage: remote meetings as part of WFH. Music and gaming are secondary
- Amps or DACs in possession: Qudelix 5K
- Other features: whatever. Bluetooth, ANC, mic - all optional, can be ignored. I can source a mic separately if need be.

As the title says, I do want to emphasize on comfort and voice quality. Chances are that I could have meetings that may last an hour or two, and while I can wear my Hyland Jupiter most of the time, my spouse may also be working from home on some days, and we don't live in a big place, so there's a need for low sound leakage.

I am a fan of the Hyland Jupiter. It was a blind purchase that turned out to be the best I've ever bought. I also like the sound signature of the Etymotic 4XR. And while the Beats Solo3's sound signature is palatable most of the time, its clamp makes extended listening quite difficult.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for chiming in. I'll add it to the shortlist.
