My PM was just ateded.
 
I just tried to send a PM from someone's profile page, and after filling it out and sending it, got a 503 error box with no other text.  Didn't show up in my 'Sent' folder, seems to have been eaten.

similar issue, the user I was trying to send a PM to doesnt exist (typed it wrong) and I lost the text of the message.  box popped up saying "User not found" and then the list of PMs page reloaded.

yea this error came up for me aswell, was there any ideas for a workaround or fix?

To the best of my knowledge, the 503 error should be fixed.  (Let me know if you find different.)
 
As for losing PM text when sending to a non-existent user:  It's not really a bug, per se--the problem happens because a user mistypes the username.  That said, I don't believe one should lose the composed PM when that happens, so we are working to fix it so that it does not happen.  Sorry for the inconvenience, Justin (and anyone else who's had that happen).
