ONKYO announced an iTransport like iPod transport ND-S1 . ND-S1 to be released this fall but exact release date and price are not announced.

ND-S1 features 10ppm precise clock and PC-connection.
With "iPod" mode, ND-S1 works like iTransport.
"PC" mode, ND-S1 works as USB transport(ie. D/D converter).
"Sync" mode, ND-S1 synchronize iTunes and iPod via USB connection. But not much sure about this.
