i find dealing with the vB code thingy at the top of the posting page a pain. i've been trying to use html tags but after posting all i see is the code... am i missing something? i didn't see anything that applied under the edit options on the "user cp" page.

just really simple stuff ie: italics, bold, quote, and underline text via brackets [x]yz[/x] methodology.

click the button. a screen will pop up, enter the text you want tagged. push enter et voila. should work :

bold italic underlined

thanks braver, i wanted to do it "on the fly" though instead of using my mouse to move up and down (i'm wierd that way). i saw the "enhanced" button, so below is a test.
