Here's what's needed when you come:
- Photo ID (security reasons)
- Audio Gear (optional, but most will bring)
- Audio gear that's already been posted (it's better to have more than one pair of headphones for people to try out)[/size]

Yes, it is OFFICIAL.
We are now having a BC meet thanks to a host enricht has found.
And welcome to the annual(?) planning of the BC, Canada meet.
Many have been wondering when it would happen and IF it would happen at all. This is my first meet in BOTH attending AND organization. (figures)
Any help would be great.

Other than that, we will be ordering pizza from Pizzahut, Panago or Dominos. Really depends on the convenience.

We will take a vote/survey of what toppings you desire and order it from that point on. A list will be provided soon and once it is, PLEASE PM me.

How much it will cost:
Soft drinks: are on us.
Snacks: are on us
Pizza: will cost varying on how many slices you will eat so please bring $10.
Ice cream: still in organization; we have no decided on the type yet.

The total cost (including ice cream) will be $10.
