I am looking for a nice small profile source for an amp like the new Intruder. The i. . . . requires a chip to pull the digital signal but the Samsung does not. I have also read that the Samsung is a better sounding player. I also like the fact that the Samsung can take additional micro SD cards (can they take larger than 32gb?).
I thought about a phone, since I need a new one anyway but frankly, I don't want my phone attached to an amp. I have the iRiver H120's but look for something lower profile and with a better dac, if I choose to just go dap only and no amp.
