Not updating urder status or just slow?

I was wondering if Todd is just lackidasical about updating orderstatus, or if he's on vacation or just slow this week? I ordered some replacement Shure sleeves on Saturday and the order is still 'processing'. I was just curious if this is normal or not?

For some reason your e-mail was bounced back to us. You should have received another e-mail from us last week the was not bounced back. We try to e-mail all backorders the day we receive the order and know it cannot ship. We are not always able to do this but we try...

The same thing was happened to me.

I've sent two mails, no response
