Hey guys, this is my first post here so I'm hoping that some of you guys can help me out.

I have an HT Omega Claro + from 2008, I didn't know much about audio then and still don't know much about it now but I always tried my best to have at least decent audio with the limited knowledge that I have.

I have two Paradigm Shift A2 (http://www.paradigm.com/products/collection=shift/model=a2/page=overview) coming in next week and I'm going to daisy chain them to my sound card via the included 3.5 mm jack.

Anyone have experience with the Shift A2? I read that they were better than the Audioengine A5+ so that's why i decided to shell out the extra money. Should I buy an aftermarket interconnect or some kind of special connector to bring out the potential of my setup?

Any help at all is appreciated, thanks!

Monoprice's premium RCA cables work very well for the price. You may or may not find that spending more will achieve appreciable gains in audio quality. If you do want to step up over that, Blue Jeans Cable makes great stuff (very high build quality), although not guarantee of better audio quality.
