i finished my cmoy amp and my problem is that the sound comes through even when i dont have the power connected to the amp. is that supposed to happen? also when i do connect the power and turn on the amp, the sounds seems to not be changed. i dont kno what to do.

check your wiring, seems to me you bypass the amp
