And markl, though you bought your A35G at your local RadioShack, those Best Buy and Circuit City superstores (you know, those mass-market superstores that we dis because of their piss-poor headphone selection) also carry the A35G.

Just a short follow up.

I just bought the new Panasonic RF-SW-70 AM/FM radio for workouts ($49.99). The "Shockwave" phones that come with this are a joke, BTW. Performance of this little radio is equivalent to the Aiwa, but like the Aiwa, its belt clip is a joke and it keeps coming loose and falling to the ground!

Luckily, the Panasonic seems to be sturdier and more durable.

Anyway, I've compared the performance of the A44L and the A35G through the Panasonic with the same disappointing results with the A44L. These phones just don't seem to like the shape of my ear canal and produce bloody awful sound in my ears.

So, I'll be keeping the A35Gs.
